Secure family app

So my secure family app was working fine then all of a sudden it like reset on all the phones and I had to go and set everything up again but on my phone which is the parent one it won’t keep me signed in. I have to sign in with my number and account then it says I don’t have access to the app and makes me sign in again before it will work but once I get out of it have to do it all over again.

Hello there @Hmabry, we'll be happy to look into this for you.


Our first recommendation would be to delete the app off of your device, then reinstall the app and try again.


Try these other two suggestions:


1. Go into device settings, then go to your apps, scroll down to Secure Family click Secure Family, then click Storage. At the bottom of Storage screen select clear cache and clear data. Then try to open Secure Family App.

2. If the above does not work uninstall the parent App and reinstall.


Just a few quick questions:


- What is the make and model of your device?


- Which wireless plan is your Secure Family app is connected to?
