Sbcglobal (AT&T) email stopped working on all devices

Last Friday, my sbcglobal email stopped working on my iPhone, my iPad, my MacBook Pro, and on my HP laptop using Outlook Express.  All say my password is incorrect but my login works fine in my browsers. Links on yahoo to change password lead to a 404 error each time I try that. Now I can only access sbcglobal email through a browser.

Hello @ktq997, We know how significant it is having access to your emails for business and personal matters.

Have you created a secure mail key or (OAuth) Open Authentication for your email? These are features that have been created to enhance the security of your AT&T Mail. AT&T email users will now have to use either security feature to access their AT&T Mail when using email apps. Some email apps aren't compatible with these features so you may need to use a email app that is. Also, some email apps don't use OAuth so you may need to create a secure mail key.

If you already use either security feature then try using our Troubleshooting Tool in regard to your email concerns. It can discover possible causes and result in quick fixes.

Please let us know if these resources help.
