No one is sure what your problem or question actually is.  Can you be more specific on what AT&T or iPhone related problem you need help on?

Very nearly 100% of hacks, especially if you're referring to an iPhone are a compromised account, not actually a compromised phone. So someone else is probably accessed your Apple ID and therefore your iCloud. It allows them to change settings and almost duplicate what's on your phone because they can copy it on to another iPhone.

We are here to help with your iPhone concerns, @Luge.

Thank you to the ACE's for the help.

We do understand how important it is to get to the bottom of your iPhone being hacked, so you can continue to run your business.

If you could please clarify, are you stating that your iCloud has been hacked? If so, you may follow the information formerlyknownas stated above.

You may also go to your iPhone settings > select the first box with your name > scroll down and remove all other devices that may be logged into your iCloud.

You may also reach out to Apple Support for additional assistance on protecting your iCloud.

We hope this information helps. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums. We are always here if you need any other assistance.
