Return Process, and Installment Removal for iPhone Device Purchase

I made a big mistake switching to AT&T. The signal is terrible!

The return process for the iPhone 15 Plus cannot be done in-store; it needs to be done by mail only.

I received a notification from AT&T that my shipment was delivered on April 8, and that's it. I've been calling AT&T every day to track and try to remove the installments. I also opened an #ICU case, but no one has responded to the case at all. I have the tracking number, IMEI number, pictures, and everything. I just want to know from your experience how long the maximum time frame might be ? and what happens if it goes over the time frame ? Which department can remove the installment?

Thanks in advance.

Not unusual for AT&T to take a couple of weeks to reverse everything. If you have ported your phone number back to your previous carrier, just make sure you have records of everything that happened with AT&T, especially that returned phone
