Request Number for Unlocking iPhone

I am trying to see status of my iPhone as I have requested my phone to be unlocked.  The example given for "Request Number" has more numbers than just 1-area code-phone number.  Thank you in advance

Hello @JanetPJ

Thanks for the post.

When you submitted your unlock request you should have been provided an unlock request number. This number along with your IMEI is whats used to check your status.

We hope this helps.

I have spoken to three different Representatives on three different days
(Dec.10th, 11th, 12th). I was frustrated on the third day that I was told
my phone would be unlocked and was not. Finally, I asked to talk to a
Supervisor and was told they were busy and one would call me back in 15
minutes. As of today, NO calls were ever made to me. I also gave them my
direct work # so there would be no excuse not to get a call back.

The numbers I was provided was CASE: *** and IMEI:
***. If I was to have been given another #, I difinitely was
not & it is to NO fault of mine. The question remains, "Is my phone
finally unlocked?" I was with your Company for over 15 years. I have had
different phones along with different #s & different plans. I am only
leaving AT&T because the signal/connection in my residence & surrounding
area is very, very poor from barely a bar to none to "no service." Should
the reception be fixed in the future, I would have went back to your
Company. But because of the poor customer service I am getting just to
unlock my phone, I don't think I'll return. Needless to say, I am very
disappointed. I did not want to go on social media and yelp to give a bad
review BUT if this does not get resolve very, very soon, you will give me
no choice but to do so.

I look forward to hearing from someone that can resolve this issue. It
would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Janet
