Request for carrier visibility / carrier reveal on iPad
- I’d like to submit a request for carrier visibility so I can view and select another cellular providers on my iPad Pro 3rd generation 11”. Right now the only option available is AT&T.
- This is not the same as device unlocking. The iPad is already SIM unlocked, it is the eSIM that is showing AT&T as the only option.
- I do not have an account with AT&T and was told this was not required.

His last quoted response stated: "This was a success! I can confirm, after the customer service representative searched their database for “carrier visibility” and followed the instructions, creating a ticket with the “back office” the full list of carriers available on the Apple sim showed up almost immediately."
I can and will provide my device serial/IMEI to get this process completed, and I thank you in advance!

I usually leave these alone in hopes that AT&T will respond because only AT&T can provide carrier visibility. But this post is now 6 days old and AT&T hasn't done a dog gone thing.
If you have not yet heard from AT&T or were able to reach someone who was able to help you, submit an FCC complaint online. A routine FCC complaint only takes a couple of minutes to fill out and is forwarded back to AT&T management. Someone will call you from the Office of the President
