Request for carrier visibility / carrier reveal on iPad
Please DM me, I cannot send @ATTHelp a DM myself. This my continued Request for carrier visibility / carrier reveal on iPad. Need eSim open carrier usage ability. My iPad Pro will allow me to only add At&t service and it's never been setup on there, but the other carriers need to work on there too. The device never gets the email QR code from other carriers, when other carriers show the esim is working and open, but it's stuck on AT&T's brute force. Please release. I've never had an AT&T account in over 10 years.
Please release eSim. I can setup AT&T on the device, only avenue allowed on my new iPad Pro M1, I completely erased this iPad today and no option to delete stored eSim data as shown on the Apple website.

How can I get a DM started with ATTHelp? @ATTHelp I'm unable to start a DM with you. Please call me, as I don't normally see any responses for a week later. My info is in my account detials on this Forums site. I'm not an AT&T customer anymore. Thanks

In my experience, you can’t start a DM with them, they start one with you if they choose to. Also, they aren’t going to look up your account for this site and call you. Your best bet will be to file a FCC complaint.
