Request for carrier visibility / carrier reveal on iPad

Request for carrier visibility / carrier reveal on iPad

- I’d like to submit a request for carrier visibility so I can view and select another cellular provider on my iPad mini 6 . Right now the only option available is AT&T.

- This is not the same as device unlocking.  The iPad is already unlocked.
- I do not have an account with AT&T and was told this was not required.

- reached out to AT&T Twitter support and they don't understand what I am saying.  Can you please help.

Hi , based on your carrier visibility concern, we want to get you in a Direct Message(DM). Check the message icon in the upper portion of the page and reply back.

 

In the meantime, please keep in mind that iPads sold through AT&T sales channels (excluding Apple and National Retailers) displays only AT&T through Settings > Cellular Data.

 

To reveal other carriers on an embedded Apple SIM or eSIM-based iPads sold through AT&T:

  • The device must be paid in full (no remaining monthly commitment or installments).
  • The customer must contact Customer Service Advanced Technical Support to request Carrier Visibility.
