Regarding insurance for iPhone 11 pro max

Hi ,

I have an existing ATT wireless account with one line using on iPhone 7plus device, i paid the 7plus device's installment in full and placed unlock request and now it is unlocked and paying just for the plan and $8.99 for insurance.


Today I've pre ordered iPhone 11 pro max unlocked/sim free variant on 09/13 from official Apple site and paid in full , once i receive the device on 09/20/2019 can i use the new device (11pro max) instead of my old 7plus and opt/continue to pay for insurance provided by ATT by paying $8.99/month + plan charges as usual like before ?

 If you replace the phone on your line with a different phone you must sign up for insurance again within 30 days. 

 Are you sure you want to use Asurion through AT&T? 

 You are far better off using apples Insurance.  Since last fall Apple added the option called loss and theft to their apple care+ plan.   So you’re not only get the full warranty for two years but you also get the benefit of loss and theft coverage. And on like Asurion you were covered for $29 screen replacements not 49 , and they actually do have screens.  Asurion  frequently does not have replacement screens for new devices for 6 to 12 months which means if you cracked your screen you pay for the full $300 deductible and get a  replacement phone
