Refund money!

Hi I ordered an Xs Max and my order was CANCELLED because you could NOT identify my identity. It has been 7 business days. Where is my money ATT? I am tired of calling customer service and being on hold for more than 2 hours, I have been very patient and need to know what’s going on!

We do apologize for the wait that you are experiencing on your refund.

Did you call in once you had received the email of cancellation to discuss your order?

There is usually a delay from fully cancelling the order to ensure the customer has time to call in to confirm any changes that need to be made. If you received a tracking number please go online to see the official status and next steps.

Once an order is fully cancelled then the funds should be released and will be available according to the financial institutions policies.
