With no backup, probably not. You can’t get them from ATT. ATT does not save them. If they are deleted texts, they might still be on your phone but you need a computer and special recovery software.

Not really. Text messages, unlike Whatsapp messages are not backed up anywhere without manually backup. So it will be hard for you to recover the text messages.You can try iOS data recovery,using this,you may be able to restore the text.
