Reactivating found phone that was reported stolen

How do I reactivate a phone that was reported as stolen but I found?

If you are the one who reported it stolen, and you did not replace it with insurance, you just call AT&T and they can remove it from the blacklist.

If you reported it lost or stolen and had it replaced with an insurance replacement, Asurion is the one who blacklisted it and it will not be removed from the blacklist because Asurion owns it.

Good morning, @Jmm1427 I'm happy to hear that you were able to recover your phone! The information @formerlyknownas provided is correct. Please let us know which of these scenarios best describes your situation, because if you need help getting your phone removed from the blacklist we are happy to assist with that process.

We look forward to hearing from you, and thank you for being a part of the AT&T community.
