PUK Locked
My brother gave me his old Iphone 4s a few months ago. I've been playing around with it every since until i did a factory reset today. I can't activate my phone because of a PUK code that I don't have. Unfortunately, my brother has forgotten what his AT&T login was entirely. Phone wasn't active for maybe 2 years before I got it. I still have 8 PUK attempts left.

It seems that customers can't get help with their devices so I had to switch to a new carrier. Now i know that customer service and internet service from At&t is complete garbage.
