What is happening with 3G?

Promotion Not Applied

During the BOGO deal for the iPhone 11 Pro Max last year, I had bought two iPhones off the AT&T app by clicking on the promotion, one for my line and I added a new line. However, I did not receive the promotion confirmation email and I have been paying for both of them for 13 months. Is there anything that can be done about this?

If you haven't received the BOGO credits by this point, this may mean you didn't meet the the requirements of the promotion or it expired.
