Problems with ordering the iPhone 13 pro max through att

I’ve read so many posts about people having trouble getting their iPhone 13’s from att. I only ordered it a few days ago and it says it’ll ship oct 7-10th. But after seeing all these problems I’m wondering if it’s possible to cancel my order so I can either go to the store and try to find one or order it through apple who’s a lot more reliable. Can I do that or is it too late and I just have to hope my phone doesn’t take a month to arrive? Thank you in advance.

As long as order hasn’t shipped or isn’t preparing to ship, you should be able to cancel it.  If you check your order status online, you should have a button to cancel the order if it’s possible.

But, you may want to check the availability in stores or at Apple first.  Oct. 7-10 is only a week away.
