Hello @Odris, We can help you with determining what cards you are able to use to purchase a device from AT&T.

AT&T will accept your American Express Bluebird card. You can use any prepaid card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it. Use your checking or savings account, debit or credit card.

Once you have purchased your device you can pay your bill using other methods of payments. Learn ways to pay your bill.

Let us know if the information provided is helpful for you.

If you mean ATT prepaid cards, none. ATT prepaid cards can only be used to pay for a prepaidplan, not a device. If you mean a prepaid Visa or MasterCard, any can be used.

Bluebird.... A reloadable prepaid debit account that can be used anywhere American Express® Cards are accepted

It appears that AT&T accepts American Express cards for bill payment, etc.  I don't see why they wouldn't accept it for a device purchase, but you'd be best served to go through the order process and see what happens when you get to checkout.
