Poor Customer Service

I had a trade-in for a promotion around Christmas.  I never received a box for the trade-in.  I chatted with a guy that said they would send me another one and that I would still qualify for the promotion.  Got the box and mailed it.  Said I would notice the change on my bill within 2-3 billing cycles (which is 2-3 months).  Here it is April and still haven't noticed it on my bill.  Chatted with someone on 4/2 and he said I qualified for a $350 credit for my trade-in.  Yesterday on my bill I noticed I had a $35 credit.  What happened to the $350 credit? Chatted with someone today and they won't honor any of it.  CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Well this is a customer based public forum and not a way to reach AT&T. You had 30 days to trade in your phone. Period. It is one of the requirements of the promotion you agreed to. Since you did not meet the requirements you voided the promotion.

I don’t need you telling me the rules.  I am aware of that but when they don’t send the box and then they promise me that they would extend it then they need to honor it.  Period. And I am not trying to reach them.  I’m trying to reach customers thank you!

They do not even see your trade in. It goes to a third party. Customer service cannot extend the 30 days. You could have easily went to the website and requested the trade in materials yourself.
