Phone unlock

I’ve tried for a week to get my iPhone 7 Plus unlocked phone has been paid for through att next program every time I call service I receive the same run around I’ve put in three request and I still have a locked phone also I’ve been a loyal customer for over thirty years and I feel this is unacceptable service

If your unlock request are being denied you would be sent an email saying why. Please post what the email denial said. It may not make sense to you but it might to us.

Thre was no denial email sent finally went to a att store and had them talk to customer service Hopefully they can resolve this
