Phone Unlock Request Taking Too Long

My husband and I are about to deploy overseas. We submitted the unlock request for his phone Friday (11/4) and it still says “In Progress.” We fly out tomorrow and it’s frustrating not being able to talk to anyone for support! Can someone help us get his phone unlocked so we can have proper coverage during our military deployment?!

It can take 7 business days, or longer, for your request to be processed. There is currently no expedite process to speed up the unlock request. With your request number and IMEI continue to stay updated by checking the status

When you submitted the unlock request, did you answer yes to the military deployment question?

We did click yes for military and sent in our orders. The last email we got on Sunday was… 

“Your request is taking a little longer than expected. Thanks for your patience. We should have an update for you soon.”

I’m worried somehow we missed a step. Thank you for the military contact information - I sent them an email to ask for support. Any other numbers/information is greatly appreciated because this has been very frusterating.
