Phone unlock request denied “not confirmed”

Submitted an unlock request and confirmed but I was told that the request was denied because it was not confirmed.

Hello, I have two phones and I am having the exact same issue. I have submitted multiple requests, confirmed them all (also double checked by confirming more than once on some and confirmed the link was received by your servers) and they are being denied shortly after the 24 hours window saying that I did not confirm them.
