Pending unlock status stuck

I put in a request to carrier unlock two iPhone 6's that my son gave me. I put the requests through and received an email titled, "Your request to unlock an AT&T device is pending‏" with "Please confirm the request within the next 24 hours, or the request will be canceled." I failed to confirm in 24 hrs. Now when I check the status of the unlock using the IMEI and request ID # it says, "Device unlock portal - Pending" -- "To complete your request, follow the confirmation link in the email we sent you.". I  click the confirm link in the email and the web page says pending, resubmit. When I attempt to resubmit, it fails because it says there is a request pending.  This is for both requests.  Am I good? Is the request going through? I know it can take 24+ hours. Request number: ***** and Request number: *****.  Can you please complete these, thank you.
