PDP authentication issue

Yesterday I contacted a live assistant with my 5g issue. She used the IMEI number of my iphone 13 and did some settings. After that I got the PDP authentication failed when using cellular. I tried to contact another assistant to fix this and she told me it would be fixed after 30 minutes. However, the issue is still here and I can only use network from Wi-Fi. Could somebody help me with this?

Hello @Sabastia, we want to help with your PDP authentication concerns with 5G regarding your iPhone 13 device.

First, we want you to try resetting your device and device network settings. There are multiple ways to reset your device if you are experiencing issues. The first step is to power cycle/restart your device. Next, you'll need to:

  • Perform a soft reset
    • If a power cycle/restart does not resolve your issue, perform a soft reset. Press and quickly release the Volume up button > press and quickly release the Volume down button > press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
  • Reset network settings
    • If you are having connectivity issues, you can try resetting your network settings. This will delete all network settings, returning them to factory defaults. From the home screen, select the Settings app > scroll to and select General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > select Reset Reset Network Settings > select Reset Network Settings again to confirm.
  • Perform a factory data reset
    • If you are still having connection errors with your device, you may need to do a Factory data reset (Master reset). This will reset all settings to their defaults and erase all data stored on iPhone, including your contacts, messages, and music.

Feel free to give these a try and reach back out and let us know how this worked for you. If not, we'd still be happy to continue to assist further with your concerns.
