Order

I order two separate phones on different their own contract 3 days ago I still haven’t received a shipping number for either one or any info that my order has processed what’s the hold up ?

I haven’t received a tracking number I have my same phone number i can’t use it yet , & I don’t have a account to sign in and it won’t let me make one without a tracking number or order number which I don’t have
