Order shipped

Huh? Are you asking why it might take 10 days to arrive to you after the order is shipped? Shipping takes as long as it takes, and the 10 days is probably an estimate.

Are you saying that the order has been shipped, and is taking 10 days to get there?  Or you have an estimate that it will be shipped in 10 days?

I'm asking what the meaning shipping status means

If the order says shipped on the AT&T order status page, it means either that it’s actually shipped (been given to the carrier) or that AT&T has only created a shipping label (but not given it to the carrier yet.  You’ll have to check the tracking number with the carrier to see where it actually is.  If you don’t have a tracking number, it probably hasn’t gone anywhere.

Not sure where the 10 days comes in.

Thank you to our ACEs for their prompt responses. When an order is shipped it means your order was processed and on it's way. Shipping can take up to 11 days. Keep track of your order using our order management portal.
