I can understand your concern on sending out messages properly. Let’s start so we can resolve this message issue now!
When the issue began, did you attempt to restart the phone by powering it off and on? This can refresh the system as well as network to get your messages through.
Since you are only able to receive messages from iPhones, I would try to refresh settings in the phone. You can access this by going to your Settings > Messages > turn the messaging feature off and then on.
If this does not resolve the problem, I recommend a Network Reset. This does not erase anything personal on the phone. Please tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi passwords, cellular settings, and VPN/APN settings.

I cannot get my phone to call out or receive any calls....when I try to call out it takes for ever for it to do anything then it doesn't go thru but says Call Failed....
How can we improve?
