Online iphone order for Store Pickup in 2 hours

Extremely disappointed in the online process and store pickup.


I placed my order at 11:07 am this morning.  It indicated online at time of order that the processing time would be 2 hours.  It has been 5 hours now and the status online still says "Ready for Processing".  We called the AT&T store and the employee was less than helpful and showed no sense of urgency.


Both our contracts are up in 6 days and we are seriously thinking about switching to Spectrum Wireless.

We can definitely provide you with some more information about the curbside pickup process for your online order.


To be eligible for 2-hour pickup, your order must have been placed between the beginning of the business day and 2 hours before store closing.

(During U.S. holidays, stores may be closed or have different hours)


If your order was successfully placed between the beginning of the business day and 2 hours before store closing, it will typically be ready for free curbside pickup within 2 hours.


However, if your store location is experiencing heavy traffic, please allow for more time.


We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.


Please keep in mind that your order will not be ready until you receive your "Ready for Pickup" notification email.
