One person is not receiving my iMessages or Text Messages on their iPhone but I can receive theirs
I've never had this happen before. Every attempt to text this one person, nothing is going through. We've tried repeatedly to figure out what's going on. I can receive his iMessages but he's not receiving my iMessages or Text Messages. The iMessages turn into Text Messages and then never get delivered. We've had to resort to communicating via email.

Hello,
It sounds like they must have unintentionally blocked you in their contacts. Have time go by a store to have a rpepresnative help look at settings, or have them call Apple at (Phone number hidden)
