Not recieving confirmation email to confirm my unlock of my iPhone X request.

IPhone X 

unlock request- email was never received..


I tried twice already after waiting a few days. So it’s been over 48 hours.


I’m about to call in to get this request manual. Please help or fix the request system to unlock.

Have you checked your spam folder to make sure the email wasn't misdirected? If so, and if the email wasn't there, then please resubmit, only this time use a different email from a different email provider, just in case our servers and their server isn't communicating as it should. While waiting for the process to complete, please read over the things to know when unlocking your device with AT&T.
