Not receiving some texts
Several friends have sent texts that I didn’t receive. They sent a follow up that I did receive. Why am I not getting all texts?

Same here. Still. I had an iPhone 7. Upgraded to an iPhone 12, primarily to deal with this problem. None of the “solutions” work and now I can’t get into several of my banking apps. Please help!

We'll be happy to assist you with your text messaging concerns @Kimberlymeans.
Are you noticing that this occurs primarily with Android contacts? If so, try disabling iMessage by going to Settings > Messages and toggling iMessage to 'off.'
You also mentioned that you've tried various solutions already. What have you tried and how did they interfere with your banking apps?
With more details about what's going on, we'll be better positioned to assist you. In the meantime, you can also try using our troubleshooting diagnostic tool. Simply click 'Fix My Wireless' and sign in to get started.

I mentioned the things I had done in a new post I created this morning. The troubleshooting tool did not solve it. I’ve toggled iMessage already. The numbers are not blocked. I’ve reset the network. I have no idea if these businesses are using android or iPhones. It’s automated numbers. Nothing I’ve done interfered with my banking apps. I just all of the sudden could not receive automated texts from anyone. The only truly important ones are from my banking apps.
