Not receiving any response from ATTCares

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows how come I don't receive any response from "ATTCares"?

I have sent "ATTCares" fromerly "ATTMobilitycare" several messages, but have not heard anything back.

I am a military member and I am trying to get my device unlocked before my upcoming deployment.

I would need assistance from ATT directly since the ATT unlock page failed to help me out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
