NOT able to unlock iphone 5S

After using the  AT&T unlock portal to unlock my old iPhone 5s. The response I get is "Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device. Try entering it again. Dial #06# on your mobile phone to make sure you have the right IMEI."


The IMEI and phone number is correct. Currently using prepaid service on this.


How could I get this phone unlocked?

We can definitely take a closer look into why you're experiencing this issue with your unlock request. Please try dialing *#06# on your mobile phone to make sure that you have the right IMEI. Also, before submitting an unlock request on our Device Unlock Portal, please be sure to review our Unlock Eligibility Requirements to find out what's needed to unlock your AT&T phone.
