No response from at&t on my iPhone unlock request

I requested for device unlock on at&t website on 10 january 2020, but there is still no response from their side. The portal is still showing the message, "please allow two business days". Can someone please explain why is their no response? And kindly give me any contact email of at&t.

AT&T does not use email for customer contact, therefore there is no email that you can use. You can call 611 if you are still an AT&T Mobility customer.

If you submitted at and haven’t had a response in the 24-48 hours, call into customer care via (Phone number hidden) (or 611 from AT&T phone) and say “unlock” when prompted for reason for call. A rep can’t unlock it, but can look into it and ultimately file a ticket if there is a system issue. This will give you a resolution in 3-5 days depending on the exact reason.

Check the current account is paid up to date, the device is paid off in full and the right number for the device was used in request.
