No network while there is a signal.

Yesterday my cellular network is fine, but when I get up today and I find that I can't use any apps without WI-FI, the Apple phone shows a full signal of att 5g but there is no network.

It's the start of the month the auto pays just done 2 days ago, and I buy 15G every month. 

I tried restart the phone, doesn't work.

There is signal showing on the phone but no network.

Hello there @Zhous, we can understand how concerning not having any network and will be more than happy to help!

 

What it sounds like is there is a burp in the communication between your phone and our network. Great news, you can refresh the network on your phone by powering off the phone completely, remove SIM card, clean golden contacts, re-insert into device, and power it back on again.

 

Our Device Support Page has great step-by-step guides on how to remove and re-insert the SIM card. After selecting your phone’s make and model, please go to Tutorials > About Your Device > Phone Assembly/Insert SIM.
