No Email Confirmation

I purchased the iPhone 11 and signed up for a new monthly plan today, with the help of someone through the online chat system. It said I would receive an email confirmation so I did not print or write down my order number. I have yet to receive anything at all from at&t and the charge hit my account as soon as I completed the process, however now when I check I do not see it. I cannot even check the status since I don’t have an account or order number. Please help. Thank you

We want to help you with your recently placed order for your device. You may want to check your other email folders such as Junk and Spam for that order confirmation number.

 

Additionally, if your payment was charged then dropped off your account then you may want to wait 24 hours to see if the charge appears on your account and whether you'll receive a followup email about your order.
