Tried to unlock 3 phones for a week now. I never get an email for confirmation, then after 24 hours, my request is cancelled.

Sometimes this issue does occur, contact customer care at 1(800)331-0500 or by message @ATTMobilityCare and they can summit the ticket for you and it does not require the confirmation email.
