New Iphone 11 Not receiving some group texts

I just received an iphone 11 for Christmas. It did a forced update a couple weeks ago.  Yesterday I stopped receiving some group text messages.  I would get some, but not others or I would get them out of order. I have tried restarting, resetting the network settings, and deleting the whole chain and starting a new one. any other suggestions?
