NEVER GOT PHONES AND SERVICES AS PROMISED AND NOW FACING CONSEQUENSES OF YOUR MISTAKE
My husband and I just came home from a two-year deployment overseas in Korea. While there we had Korean phone services so obviously when we came home we needed to get phone services again. Especially so we have a point of contact with our COCs. I was SO excited to see how many discounts we would get through ATT AND the fact they were able to port our numbers over from the phone number we had two years ago!! Even though it took 3 hours to order with the representative. I made sure to let the rep know that we would need these ASAP. It’s not like we’re just waiting on a shiny new phone... we’re waiting on everything. She assured me we would get them THAT DAY OR NO LATER THEN THE NEXT. Did everything as she told me too and here we are FOUR BUSINESS DAYS LATER AND IT STILL SAYS PROCESSING?!?!?!?! My husbands First Srg knocked on our door last night to let him know he’d be getting a counseling for no one being able to reach him!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON???? We NEED our phones!!!!! I contacted customer service Four times. Three of which were via chat and they were all lying to us and telling us that our phones would ship that day and he delivered the next. Then the phone rep told me that I should have been more vigilant about ordering phone services and how I’d just have to wait no matter what??????? ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?! WHERE ARE OUR PHONES!!!!!!!???????????
