Hi there @Swastik, we want to help you recieve a connection whenever you use your AT&T SIM card.
You won't get a connection to our network just by inserting an AT&T SIM card into your device, however. Both your device and the SIM card you're using will need to be activated first, which you can do on our activation page.
Depending on the SIM card you're using, you'll also need a postpaid plan or a PREPAID plan. If you're using a PREPAID SIM, then you'll need to have made a payment on your PREAPID plan as well.
Please let us know if this helps, so we can look into this further if needed.

I assume you are using an eSIM, since the 14 only uses eSIMs. Are you trying to install an AT&T eSIM?

@dwill05 The OP could have a 14 from outside of the US. A user from Canada posted the other day, apparently 14’s sold in Canada have a physical sim slot.
