Network Extrusion on cell phone

I have IPhone using cellular data only. No WIFI.  My logs say there is a virtual tunnel. VPN. Apple engineering just pulled the analytics off my devices as they are both doing the same exact thing. I am having lack of encryption, lack of privacy etc. 

Apple is asking me to upload photos and describe what exactly is going on. If I knew what was going on I would stop it, or at least try to. I have changed devices, numbers, I clouds, you name it. 

I think my questions are probably more telling because the above seems to get me no where 😞 

I hope someone can help answer even one Q 😊

1. Why is there a remote access network extrusion VPN 192.0.0.1 on my IOS device??

I never downloaded or activated one.

2. Is the remote tunnel going to “search guide Inc”?  Or is that just the DNS settings?

(Sorry I don’t understand the difference) 🙂 

3.what is a loop back I have read over and over but I still can’t grasp, is there a self-contained server on my device? In a VM? Is that the node local multicast? 

4. Can I open terminal on IOS and get rid of the tunnel or am I stuck? Help! What can I do 🤪
