Need to file a complaint against ATT Store
I took a BOGO deal on iPhone10 this August'2018 by upgrading existing line and adding new line (ported from T-Mobile). I didn't see the credit applied to me even after 4 installments. i was worried and called in customer support and even raised an urgent case for that. They closed my case stating "BOGO cannot be applied as i didn't add Direct TV line / Internet from ATT"
I was not informed at the ATT store that I need to add Direct TV/Internet to be eligible for this BOGO deal. I followed up with ATT custome support since 1st Installment and no Rep mentioned about the TV service/Internet. All they said was you will start see the credit after 90 days / in 2-3 installments.
Don't know is this some kind of trick they do in ATT store to sell the models by passing on incorrect information.
