Need to Exchange wrong phone sent

I recently ordered a samsung galaxy s ultra was sent the samsung galaxy galaxy s23 which is the smaller version. The phone is supposed to be free and is on a promotional trade in. I've tried to return the phone within the fourteen day via phone but But was either told to Request A call back due to extended weight time or have gotten nowhere with the customer service representative and now Exceeded the fourteen days.

So I'm wondering on what to do On how to exchange it for the right phone due to at&t shipment error. Please help?

The s23 Ultra is NOT free with trade in, the offer is $800 off the s23 series, and the full price of the S23 ultra is $1199.99

AT&T doesn't have much leniency regarding their return policy. Either you return it within 14 days or you're out of luck. You could pay off the device and resell it on swappa maybe.
