My “Right to You” order never arrived

I placed an order for an iPad and it said it would be delivered the next day between 6-8pm but no one showed up with my package... or called, or emailed. How do I know when it will actually arrive? I called after reading all the bad reviews about this “Right to You” service but they assured me it would be there but it has yet to arrive. When I look at my order it still says we are working on your order and to stay tuned for a text or email when it’s ready. I chose this delivery option because it was supposed to be fast but I’m worried this might be a big mess. I could have just picked an iPad up straight from the store. What should I do to find out what is really going on and what I should expect?

Thank you for reaching out @AGoeckner.

We understand that the initial estimate stated that it would be next day delivery, but may take a little longer.

We recommend to keep checking with the order tracker.

If the order states delivered without being in your possession or still in process after a couple days, then please reach back out to our Right to You partners at 888.463.6569, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm CT, for an update on the situation.

Thank you for your patience.
