My Recently Purchased IPhone 14 Is Not Showing In Devices

Hello, I recently purchased an iPhone 14 and it is not showing up under my listed devices. Due to this I cannot request an eSim to active the device, please help.

If it's not active yet, it wouldn't.  

Is this a new line or an existing line?   

You would want to transfer the phone number from previous iPhone.

Simply buying a phone doesn’t make it show up in your device list.  You have to activate a SIM and get connected to the network for it to register on the network, which adds it to your device list.
