It sounds like your house is just in an area of spotty service. Short of building a tower right next to your house, there really isn’t anything AT&T can do if you have trouble getting a signal at your house. Your options are to buy a microcell, use WiFi calling at home, try a different phone with a better antenna, or find a different carrier that has a better signal where you live.
We already use wifi calling and have new phones. Have not tried the microcell booster.
Hey everytime I call my Mom's Cell Phone My call won't go thru. I call my Dad's cell phone and it goes thru rigjt away I have AT&T service on my Galaxy 9 plus and my Parent's have Consumer Cellular. I do not have my Mom blocked nor dose she have me blocked.
