My iphone was purchased third party

Hi I wanna unlock my device to use it where I am but now its saying that I have payments left......and I don't know what to do.....can u help me please

Since you bought it second hand, sorry, no one can help you. The phone will not be unlocked until paid off and it is not possible for you to pay it off without access to the account that is still paying for it and ATT will not provide any information about that account.

I have the at&t sim that came with the device is there anyway to be able to use that to check the account and let me pay off the balance on the device
