My iPhone is not working

My iPhone 6 has not been able to get almost any signal for half-year.

 "No Service" is displayed in the upper left-hand corner instead of AT&T, my connectivity, and the wireless symbol.

I want to replace this iPhone or SIM card with another working properly and would like to have a refund for this half-year.

Since you’ve lived with the problem for half a year, it’s unlikely you’re going to get any kind of refund.  If you want a new SIM card, ask AT&T to give you one.  If it’s a phone issue, talk to Apple.  If you can’t even get WiFi to work, it’s likely a phone problem.

You can replace the SIM card or phone anytime you want. You won’t be getting a refund.
