We'd like to look into why your device unlock request is still pending . Allow us to confirm a few details first.

  • Did you purchase your device through AT&T or a third party? If you'd purchased your device through a third party, you'll want to reach out to that direct party for assistance with requesting the unlock code for your phone.
  • Are you the account owner or an authorized user on the account that the device is or was associated with? You'll need to be either in order for us to verify the account for authentication purposes.
  • Does your phone meet all personal device requirements? There are general requirements for all unlock requests.

We look forward to working with you!

Hey there, @yuygygu! You will want to follow @sandblaster's advise and remove the image containing your device's IMEI from public view.

Also, for help with unlocking your device, you will want to make sure it has been active on the AT&T network for at least 60 days and that it meets our other eligibility requirements including:

  • Is an AT&T phone or device and isn’t active on another AT&T account.
  • Was paid in full when you bought it (not on an installment plan). You won’t have to wait 60 days to unlock it.
  • Has a paid-off installment plan.
    • Paid through your monthly bill: Submit your unlock request at the start of your next bill period.
    • Paid off early: The wireless number assigned to the device must be active for at least 60 days. Wait 48 hours after you make your final payment to submit your unlock request. Learn how pay off your installment plan.
  • Doesn’t have a past-due account balance. Make a payment to bring your account current. It will take 24 hours for your payment to post.
  • Hasn’t been reported as lost, stolen, or involved with fraud.
  • Is an AT&T PREPAID phone that has had paid service for at least six months.

What's more, for useful information about how to have your device meet approval for unlock, view AT&T Device Unlock Help - Solutions & FAQS. You will find Website Troubleshooting tips which include deleting cache, cookies, and restarting your browser. In some instances, you may need to use another browser entirely.

We hope this info helps. Let us know how this works.
