Military Unlock urgent help

I am a member of the military (Army) and have submitted for 2 military unlocks. We are now due to deploy sooner than we expected. I have already sent in my Military deployment orders, but now there is a lot more urgency to this situation. If I don’t get this done in the next 24 hours I will be without a working device overseas. Please Help.

This is a public forum, please remove your personal information. You should not post your imei. This is also not the place for getting urgent help. The only ATT presence here is ATTHelp and no guarantee they will reply or offer to help. If they do reply, it’s normally not quickly. You can certainly try calling but an FCC or BBB complaint might get the quickest response.

This is not the place to publish all of your very personal information. Please edit your post by clicking on the three dots at the top right, and remove all of your personal information. If you have submitted your deployment orders you should be able to unlock all ready through the regular portal.  Make sure you click on the box that indicates you are a military service member who has submitted your deployment info
