I can help you out with that!
In order to have a Microcell device in the home, it will require activation on a postpaid (contract) account. The good thing is there is a workaround to getting this Microcell working on your prepaid account.
If you have any friends or family with AT&T service, you can get the Microcell activated at your address but under their account information. Upon receiving the Microcell and setting it up, they will call in and provide us with the serial number on the device and enter in YOUR address for the GPS lock.
