Looks like your IMEI and phone number don't match. Check your info and try again

I am getting this error when I try to unlock my phone.  I had to replace my phone via insurance due to my phone being lost/stolen.  My phone that was lost/stolen was unlocked prior.  Why am I getting this error?  I have looked up the criteria and there is nothing that should be holding this up. I travel internationally and my employer provides a prepaid SIM that I NEED to use in my phone.  This has not been an issue before.

Hello @pmeyerjr1978,

 

We can definitely assist you with submitting an unlock request for your cell phone on our Device unlock portal. If your IMEI is showing as incorrect, please Dial *#06# on your device to get the correct IMEI. Let us know if this helps.

Hi can you check to see if my sprint Samsung 8+ is unlocked from sprint , they tell me it is but would like to double check before driving 30 miles one way to att store. Thank you for your time
